Something else to consider if you have valuable coins is whether you want to be hauling those around to multiple shops where unfortunately thieves have been targeting those coming and going from coin shows, shops, etc. This is not meant to scare you but rather something to keep in mind, especially with the price of precious metals where it is (see our Spot Price page for the current value of an ounce of Silver and Gold).

Our applications use bank-level encryption (SSL) and strict 'Verified Dealer' protocols. No one ‘in the middle’ can see the name, phone number, or photos being sent. Your information is only shared with verified professionals in your local area that have gone through the approval process, and our administrators have 24/7 moderation control to ensure the platform remains a safe environment. We also use Supabase Auth for all logins which means we never see or store plain-text passwords; they are handled by high-standard cryptographic hashing.
